Why email only
Nearly every question we get needs something written down — an order number, a board measurement, a photograph of a chipped edge, the return address for your country. Handled by email, you have a record of what was agreed and so do we, and nobody is repeating an order number down a phone line.
It also means one person reads your message properly rather than three people half-reading it. If that is the wrong trade for you, we understand, but it is the one we have made.
What to include
- Order question: your order number and what you would like to happen.
- Which knife to buy: what you cook most and the length of your chopping board.
- Damage on arrival: a photograph of the damage and of the carton, within 14 days of delivery.
- Return: your order number and which items — wait for our reply before posting anything, because the return address depends on where you are.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Hong Kong time (GMT+8), excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Messages that arrive at the weekend are answered on Monday.
