What it is not

Complete. There is no cleaver, no slicer and no boning knife in here, because most people never need them and we would rather not pad a set to make the number look better. If you joint your own chickens or carve a roast every Sunday, add the Boning 150 or the Slicer 240 separately. It also comes with no sharpening kit — the Whetstone is what keeps these four working.

Care

Hand wash and dry every blade straight away, and do not roll them up damp. Not dishwasher safe. Full details on Care & Sharpening.
